How do you price?
Fixed price for discovery and prototypes, so the cost of finding out is capped. Production work is priced monthly against an agreed team shape.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, prompts, evaluation sets, and documentation are yours outright on delivery.
Can you take on a system that isn’t working?
Yes. We start by reproducing the failures and building the evaluation set that should have existed, then give you a ranked list of fixes.
